If we have services in your building, we will complete the activation within 2 weeks. If not, and we are building-out in your suburb, the activation may take a little longer. If we don’t have services in your suburb, you can register your interest, and we will let you know as soon as our Gigabit services are available.

Let us know if you are after a residential or business plan and whether you would like a “no lock-in contract” or a 24-month contract with “$0 install” option.
We’ll confirm your plan details with you and set up your billing details. You won’t be charged until we confirm your install date and send out your router.
Closer to the time of install, we will contact you with a proposed install time and date. Once we confirm this with you and the install fee is paid we will book in our install team.
Our install team will come to your premises on the agreed date and time to install your modem and activate your service. You, or someone over the age of 18 who can represent you, must be at the premises at the time of service activation. This will take between 30 minutes and 2 hours. We will check that your service is operating correctly and do a speed test before we leave.
