Our wireless backhaul links are designed with an uptime of 99.995% to ensure they are not affected by heavy rain or bad weather. In addition, the majority of our sites are dual-homed meaning they have two diverse connections into our network.
If one path fails due to a hardware issue there will be a diverse path for traffic to automatically switch to, ensuring buildings remain connected to the GigaComm network.
